For more than 23 years, I’ve worked in cabinetry design and client project management, and one thing has stayed consistent: clients deserve more than products. They deserve guidance, attention, and a trusted partner who can help bring every part of a project together.

I created DEFT Design & Consulting because I saw how overwhelming renovation and restoration projects can become when clients are left to navigate design decisions, product selections, timelines, and coordination on their own. I wanted to offer a more personal, thoughtful experience built around real guidance instead of simply selling products.

Today, I work with homeowners, builders, remodelers, restoration professionals, and design partners to simplify complex projects and create functional, beautifully designed spaces throughout the home.

Through the DEFT Synchronous Flow Process, I help clients move from the first idea through selections, coordination, and installation with greater clarity and confidence.
